Shine with the light of thousands of galaxies across billions of years of spacetime! This skirt is printed with the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (HXDF) image, which contains over 5,500 galaxies, some seen as they were over 13 billion years ago, just half a million years after the Big Bang. The image was made using eight optical and infrared light filters and required about 22.5 days of observing time. The area on the sky is much smaller than the Full Moon, toward the southern constellation of Fornax.
Skirt is 82% polyester, 18% spandex with an elastic waistband, approximately mid-thigh length, overlock seams, and coverstitch hemline. Machine washable, we recommend washing on cold and laying flat to dry. Blank components sourced from the US or Lithuania.
