NASA's version of the Progress Pride Flag was at one time the most popular image ever shared on BlueSky, and we think this flag should fly high, even if the current political leaders want it taken down. From NASA's now-archived (!!!) website: "The Progress Pride flag, based on the original rainbow pride flag by Gilbert Baker, was created in 2018 by Daniel Quasar to celebrate diversity within the queer community and the need for continued progress toward inclusion and acceptance in society. In this version, each color band is made up of images from across NASA. Planetary science, Earth science, heliophysics, and astrophysics are all represented." Additionally, the red "Jellyfish Sprites" image is by sprite-chaser Nicolas Escurat in Dordogne, France, on November 1, 2022. We needed to make this design available to the space community, because we know that being safe and welcome as our full selves makes for better science and happier scientists.
Laptop sleeve is 100% neoprene exterior with gray faux fur interior, top-loading matte black double-pull zipper, and padded binding along the inside seams. Larger size is 14.75 inches long and 11.25 inches wide; smaller size is 13.5 inches long and 10.5 inches tall, both approximately 0.5 inches thick.
