Mismatched spacecraft + science earrings are the perfect conversation starter and teaching tool! These vibrant, lightweight earrings are made from upcycled cereal boxes (really!) and supremely durable. The Voyager 2 mission is the only spacecraft to have visited Uranus, flying past it on January 24, 1986 with a closet approach of about 50,600 miles.
Earrings are ~0.75-1 inch in size, made from locally sourced paperboard with a clear protective coating, on surgical steel wire earrings. Avoid getting this piece wet in order to preserve the image. Made in Pennsylvania, USA.
