Shine with the light of thousands of galaxies across billions of years of spacetime! This face mask is printed with the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (HXDF) image, which contains over 5,500 galaxies, some seen as they were over 13 billion years ago, just half a million years after the Big Bang. The image was made using eight optical and infrared light filters and required about 22.5 days of observing time. The area on the sky is much smaller than the Full Moon, toward the southern constellation of Fornax.
Mask is two layers of 100% supersoft lightweight polyester microfiber (printed outer layer, white inner layer) with pleated edges, interior nose wire, and 11-inch elastic ear loops with attached toggles. Inside layer features a pocket for a filter or other additional layer (not provided). Mask measures approximately 7.25 inches wide and 7 inches tall fully expanded, one size fits most adults. Mask is machine washable, and we recommend hanging to dry. Blank product components sourced from the UK and China.
